Origin and Source of SARS, Flies and How to stop it:

1. The original virus group comes from the water, polluted waterways near the poultry farms and areas where they have lots of poultry in the southern province of China. This is where the virus type originated.

2. This rare type virus (the corona virus family) is combined with another type bug.  (So there are two unique systems coming together in this one virus type, which has been named SARS).

3. This virus group called SARS first got into the flies, which were around the polluted waterways.  The flies were infected first and became carriers.

4. The flies spread SARS to the fowl through their larvae (laying of eggs) in the flesh of raw meat.  Flies are a big factor here.

5. This in turn infected the human populations who ate the meat of the fowl.

Summary: This is a true chain event here.  The new virus was bred in the polluted waterways, which are around the areas where people raise poultry and fowl and where meat is exposed. This includes chicken, ducks and geese as well as other type fowl.  The flies ingested the virus group and like a parasite it stayed on living inside the flies. These flies then moved it to the meat where they planted their eggs into the flesh of meat.  The humans first contracted it through eating the meat of the fowl.

How to immediately stop SARS and the factors that helped create it:

The polluted waterways nearby are at fault and the culprit or breeding ground of this virus group. If you use chlorine immediately in these polluted water bodies it will kill and stop the spread of the virus from getting worse and spreading further.  The living fowl are safe and not affected; it’s the dead carcass (meat) of said fowl that have been contaminated with same viruses.

The main reasons why this new virus type has become active at this time are:

1. The waters are getting far more polluted now with the larger populations of fowl and the concurrent activity of humans.
2. The second reason is that the flies were not carriers before. The insects were not a part of this chain or link before, prior to the waters becoming very polluted and festering pools for new growth areas. So both the further pollution of these waters and the numerous flies that now swarm around same, built a certain shall we say, ‘ecosystem friendly’ environment to enable this disease to spread, first in the flies and then to the animals (in this case fowl) that were in the area where meat was exposed.

Question: As flies are the carriers, can this virus type then spread easily to other animals, meat etc.?

Answer: It can, but so far it has only spread to a few other food groups. The flies that are generally living around the areas that raise fowl, stick to their territories generally.  These territories exist around the waterways that are polluted and also within the areas where the fowl are being raised and where the flies can get exposed to the flesh/meat of these fowl.  The flies are generally not moving as quickly to other areas.  This however, could change at any time and that would make it harder to stop and control, if flies with the SARS virus group infected larger mammals such as cows,  etc...  Clearly it’s logical that this could happen if the disease source is not eliminated through cleaning the waters using chlorine and identifying and stopping the sale of the affected meat (primarily fowl at this time) in the markets.

To Conclude: The affected meat is largely poultry at this time. SARS first moved to humans through poultry, but it can be spread to the flesh and meat of other creatures also, not just poultry or fowl, since the carrier is the common fly.
